
Ten Sails Salons has been serving salons across Maryland and Delaware since 2012 as a family-owned group of seven Great Clips locations. We're not absentee owners—this is our business, our community, and our home.
What makes us unique? We hold the exclusive Great Clips franchise territory for the entire Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland and into Delaware. That means every Great Clips salon from the beaches to the bay is ours. When opportunities open up, our team members can advance without leaving the area.
We proudly support 70+ team members, from recent cosmetology graduates just starting their careers to stylists who've been with us for over a decade. Our salons have earned multiple Main Sail Awards from Great Clips corporate—a recognition given only to top-performing locations in the entire system. We've built something special here, and it shows in both our awards and in the fact that people choose to stay and build their careers with us.
