At Ten Sails Salons, we've spent over a decade proving that treating skilled cosmetologists right isn't just good for the team—it's great business! We control the entire Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland and Sussex County, Delaware, which means something special: every location is ours. When opportunities open up, our people move up—without relocating.
We're a locally-owned business, and this is our community and our family. We proudly support 70+ team members, from recent cosmetology graduates to stylists who've been with us for over 10 years.

Start at $16/hour base pay, plus tips and bonuses. Our average stylists earn over $30/hour, and top performers earn over $40/hour with tips and bonuses. Extra $1/hour on weekends. Your pay is transparent—no surprises, no complicated formulas.

Flexible schedules—full-time, part-time, your time. We work with your schedule, whether you need it around your kids' school or want consistent full-time hours. Life happens. Fog delays. Sick kids. Doctor appointments. We get it, and we work with you.
